This Privacy Policy explains how Aesthoria Med Spa (“we,” “us”), operator of the Glaze Rx™ line, collects and uses information when you use this website.

What we collect

When you build a chart or request an approved order or refill, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, product interests, non-medical cosmetic skin goal, purchase readiness, and any optional note you provide. We do not ask you to enter medical or health details in open text fields, and you should not include them there.

Optional Glaze Scan photos

If you choose the optional Glaze Scan, your photo is processed to produce preliminary, appearance-only skincare observations and may be saved with your chart submission so Layanna can review it. The scan is not facial recognition, does not identify you, and is not intended to diagnose a condition. We send the compressed scan image to an AI model provider through Netlify’s AI Gateway; the original file may also be retained with the Aesthoria form submission when you send your chart. Do not upload a photo unless you are 18 or older and consent to this processing.

How we use it

We use your information to review your chart, recommend an appropriate next step, send your private checkout or payment link, support refill requests, and operate and improve the site. Promotional Aesthoria news and offers are sent only when you separately choose that option.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Aesthoria Med Spa related to your Glaze chart, review status, approved checkout, refills, and appointments. Promotional offers are sent only when you separately choose that option. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run the business — for example our site and form host (Netlify), an AI model provider when you choose the optional Glaze Scan, our customer-relationship platform (GoHighLevel), and Shopify when you enter checkout — solely so they can provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from emails, reply STOP to texts, or ask us to access or delete your information by emailing hello@aesthoria.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA.
